My step daughter has a computer that her and her soon to be ex husband have and they had separate accounts. How do I get it back to where the computer is open to anyone? She knows his password on his btw so I don't think that will be a problem. Since he's not around anymore we want it back to no accounts.

In safe mode login with the Administrator account. Go to control panel > user accounts. cancel the password and delete the account.
