Windows defended keeps giving me a message that the a program that I don't want (Advanced Registry Optimizer) is being blocked, When I go to remove programs it is on the list, but when I try to delete it, I get a message that the file does not exist and can not uninstall program. But why is it showing up aa a blocked program and showing up on programs list if it is not there? Is there any way to permanently delete it?
