Hi, testigo02.

You haven't really given us much inforamtion to work with, but I'll throw this out. I've seen Windows XP Security Center unavailable when using Norton Antivirus. Norton has a setting under Notification Options that allows it to it to act as the Security Center. See this previous G2G Thread.

If that doesn't help, please post back. We'll need to know your Operating System, including Service Packs, as well as the Antivirus software you have installed.

Are you getting some kind of error or does the Security Center screen just not look right?
