NOTE: I am on WINDOWS VISTA HOME PREMIUM

When I try to play a song in Yahoo! Musicmatch I get the error: "unable to play media (unresponsive)". That is with ALL songs. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling numerous times. So I am asking for your guys help, thanks.

Yea, but whats that got to do with anything ?(with all due respect). It's a application ran completely from the desktop, not on the actual internet.

So, what you're trying to play can only be played with MusicMatch?

No, no, but its the best music software I've used. Every other software sucks, (thats just my opinion though). I really like Musicmatch.

I would check for a later version, or re-install the version you have

If you go to their site, eventually they let you click to contact tech support, haven't got the player so won't be much help
