HTJ log - internet stops working

My internet works fine for a little while and then stops (tried both IE and Firefox). Ran Housecall twice and cleaned both infections it found the first time. Found one thing the second time (one day later, item found from the previous scan) and I deleted that. Ran Norton, AdAware, SpyBot, Spyware Doctor, etc. Didn't fix anything. Internet is still crapping out on me, and the only way to get it working again is to restart the computer...but then it still stops working after a short while.

PS: If I right click on the Local Area Connection in the Network Connections section of the Control Panel and hit Repair, it fixes the internet temporarily, but it still stops working after a period of time.
