Also can't stay logged into bidvilled.com...yes cookies are enabled. So far have run adaware, spybot search and destroy, installed spyblaster, and agee something anti viral.

What could be causing this to occur?

Hi and welcome missmyrnaloy

I know you said you have already ran Spybot S&D and AdAware, but just to be sure, please make sure you have the latest versions here: Spybot Search & Destroy and AdAware.

Also please be sure you follow the instructions and settings on this website to run a scan with both of these softwares.

Next,
Create a folder on the C: drive called C:\HJT.
You can do this by going to My Computer (Windows key+e) then double click on C: then right click and select New then Folder and name it HJT
Please move HJT into this folder please

Also:
Please run these two online scans. Make sure they are set to clean automatically:

TrendMicro's HouseCall
ActiveScan

You should try to delete any files that these scanners are unable to clean. Then let us know if its working better and what the scans found.

Then scan again with HijackThis and post another log.

Hi there...thank you for all the help... I have just downloaded the spybot and adaware and checked for updates right before I has posted. I am running the trend thing now...nothing is found so far and will run the panda scan. I am also getting this error message upon the programs loading....maybe you may have run across this before and someone has posted about it previously...I apologize for any "possible double ups". I am very new at this sort of thing...have an older computer put together...trying to limp it along.

Error Loading C:\PROGRAM~1\WILDTA~1\APPS\CDA\CDAENG~1.DLL

I ran across this on the web and followed these instructions: Now the fresh log would be from?

Also...still running panda scan.

RUNDLL32.exe cdaEngine0400.dll,cdaEngineMain

Part of the WildTangent on-line games system.

Go to START > Settings > Control Panel
Double click Add/Remove Programs, Select WildTangent ,
Click uninstall or add/remove, follow the on screen instructions.
Open the registry editor (Click Start > Run, type regedit). Locate the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Run
In the right pane, find and delete the following entries ( if they exists):

WildTangent CDA

RUNDLL32.exe "C:\Program Files\WildTangent\Apps\CDA\cdaEngine0400.dll",cdaEngineMain

Follow his steps - now here's the catch i found
Make sure to exit directly out of the registry editor once you delete the file. Don't browse to other folders or it will stay there. Reboot and the computer will save the current settings. Next run, it should be clear. Hope this helps

K...wildtangent is cleared up...

Also ran Panda Scan...it did not finish...but did find these three things:

Incident Status Location

Adware:Adware/Aureate-Radiate No disinfected C:\Program Files\MediaRing Talk
Adware:Adware/Minibug No disinfected C:\Program Files\AIM\Sysfiles\WxBug.EXE
Adware:Adware/Minibug No disinfected C:\Program Files\AWS\WeatherBug\MiniBugTransporter.dll

and here is the letter I received from Netflix.com

If you are receiving a "page cannot be displayed" error while trying to
sign in to your account we recommend trying the following:

First check to make sure that your encryption is up to date, you can do
this by clicking on:

Go to Help (top of your internet browser) then select "About". The
cipher strength, should read 128 bit. If it doesn't that's the problem.
This is the URL to fix the issue:

http://support.micro...;EN-US;Q261328

This link will walk you step by step to complete the process.

If it reads 128 bit, we should then check out the Security settings to
make sure everything is enabled correctly.

Go to Tools then select Internet Options. Click the Advanced Tab and
Scroll down to where it says "Security" make sure the following settings
are enabled:

Use Fortezza
Use SSL 2.0
Use SSL 3.0
Warn about invalid site certificates
Warn if forms submittal is being redirected
(Other settings can be enabled but these should be as well)

Click OK or Apply and then try to log into your account. You should not
have to restart your computer.

If following these steps do not fix the page not found error I strongly
suggest trying an alternate browser to better understand the issue. If
you are able to log on using a different browser you will know that the
error message is generated from the browser you are using. If it doesn't
work with another browser the problem could be caused by 3rd party
software installed.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to
contact us.

*****Relating to the above link*****I do not have the fortezza setting, and on the microsoft page it reads to rename Schannel.dll file to the same thing with .old and Rsabase.dll and Rsaenh.dll with .old and hit enter....did that and it would not let me change it. I reinstalled ie 6 and it still no netflix

Installed firefox and am able to see netflix

Also...the Recycle bin will not empty error message 1026 something like that.
