lost clipboard & spellcheck

This might be hard to help me because I really don't know a lot about computer's.
Best I can tell you I formatted my C and after I got reinstalled I noticed my spellcheck
in Outlook Express missing. Also my clipboard is gone. Can I get these back from downloading?
Or are they gone. Thanks, Rick

after you create the new message go to tools is spell chek in the file list

you said you formated your disc have you reinstalled office.
For spell check to work you need 1 of the below
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint

this is how to install clipboard on ME it may be the same for 98SE
follow this path

Start / Settings / Control Panel / Add&RemovePrograms / Windows Setup /

scroll down and double click on system tools and check the Clipboard viewer

you may need to use your Windows Cd at some point

you look at the 1st name in the list and either fast reply or add reply
