No, you need a php system to allow people to post comments.

I developed and built my own blog from scratch, and this allows people to rate bloog posts, leave comments etc.

Have a look at...

Just leave a comment and you will understand what i mean and how the system works.

It connects and puts the comments in a mysql database.

You cant do this with php.

Also, you may want to consider making a .htaccess file, just to make the directories have neater urls, rather than .html on the end.

Thank you for your prompt response, however, you must realize that I am using a free host...googlepages....
I don't know how to use php or .htaccess, is there a page you could redirect me to?
