Amazing Auto Search attached to IE

Can someone help me get this annoying Amazing Auto Search thing detached from my Internet Explorer?

I use Mozilla 99% of the time because I can't deal with this thing, but some sites require IE.

While IE is loading a box which has amazingautosearch.com/passthrough/popupbaropener.html across the top is front & center until IE is fully up and running.
