Had a kernal dump and everything started messing up. My C drive went to NTFS which it wasn't before, and I can't scan it or defrag it. I can't open the program files, whenever I try I get an error. My windows email locks up now whenever I try to open an attachment, I ckecked the security on that it didn't change it. I looked on the problem section today and noticed that there had been a critial error in 1/6/07. I didn't buy this computer until 3/6/07. The system is a 64 bit system and I received an update with the package that is a 32 bit. Should I download that? Or is that not a compatable with it? Sorry for so many questions I am just really frustrated. I do have a picture of one of the error is you would like that. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
