Myway email account problem

My Myway email account has been deactivated even though I logged in within 60 days. My emails in my inbox and stored folders were deleted. How do I get them back. Please get back to me.

Some providers require you to log into your internet account (by dialling in over the phone line) once every 60/90 days. Logging into email on its own isn't enough. Depending on the ISP's terms & conditions, the account may have been deleted, which usually takes everything associated with it - such as email.
