I am wondering if anyone can help me with this...I recently bought a second hd, and wiped my whole system with a clean install of xp pro, and sygate firewall. When I started using Bitlord (I tried a few others too...), I noticed my mouse to be a little jumpy, and everythign was very sluggish even with one task running. I didn't have this problem with my original single hd, and I am not sure what its attributed to. I ran taskman, and found that SMC(sygate), Bitlord, LSASS.exe and one SVCHOST were maxing out my cpu.
