VERITAS upate Manager missing SGuard.msi file

Everytime I reboot, Veritas update Mangager pops up and downloading updated music. It never poped up before.

Error says---
VERITAS update Manager
The feature you are trying to use on network resource thats unavailable.

Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path
containing the installation package "Sguard.msi "in the
box below.

Path; C:\DOCME~1\Owner\Locals~1\Temp\VIES4258\UM

Is there any program to fix corrupted paths? And/or replace the missing file SGuard.msi?
This missing file is from my ''Record Now''-CD burning. I am a music lover.
Please help me, I will greatly appreciate your time
