Websites Not Showing

Hi...
I have hosted about 3 to 4 websites frm a small company...
But I have got complaints from many countries and different people around the world tht they can access my websites !
If they are using IE, it goes to a Search Page with my website results showing.
If they use Mozilla, it shows the Page doesnt exist or smething like tht !

In my own country, I can access my websites properly....But one of my friends who is using a different Internet PROVIDER says he cant access my sites frm his PC....

can someone tell me wht the problem could be ???

I have talked with both my hosting provided plus the internet provider, both are blaming each other !!!
