I cannot find the Clipboard or Clipbook, as I like a shortcut on the Quicklaunch bar to instantly check the data I have copied with Print Screen or to open a .clp file with my e-mail address in - for a quick Ctrl+V is so much easier.

I know the copy & paste works, but how does one open .clp files without a shortcut or for that matter save .clp files?

I found Clip in System32 but that doesn't seem to be the required program.
Any ideas anyone?

Thanks for reading.

The clipboard viewer has been dropped in Vista.

However it would appear you can use the one that was in XP by dropping it into Vista and it works happily:

If you want to see the contents of the Clipboard in Vista, copy the CLIPBRD.EXE application from XP, and place it in the following directory...

C:\Windows\System32\clipbrd.exe

You can then create a shortcut and/or shortcut key to it. Or type the name into START|RUN.
