Can't even get my laptop to connect to Router or anything

Its a Dell True Mobile router, the laptop im trying to connect it to doesnt recognize any kind of connection

Ive directly connect the broadband w/o the router to the laptop it doesnt pick up anythhing

the laptop doesnt show any kind of connections or anything I dont get it

How do I connect this thing to the Router?
