Hi,

My father and I are working together on the same business but in different locations, he uses Outlook, I use Outlook Express.

He needs to recieve mail addressed to peter@emailaddress.co.uk and info@emailaddress.co.uk and I need to get jamie@emailaddress.co.uk.

All works fine for him, but if he downloads jamie@ mail before I do, it's no longer available to download onto my computer (so I think it must be deleted from the server?). He has deleted all relevant message rules (which don't say delete from server anyway) and it still works in the same way.

I'd appreciate any help asap,

Many thanks

Jaamie

Hi jamiesalisbury:

I would edited out the email addresses if they are real ones. Or at least disguise them so you don't get added to SPAM lists.
