HELP XP KEEPS RESTARTING AFTER SPYWARE ATTACK!

HI, I HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM! I JUST GOT SLAMMED WITH A WHOLE BUNCH OF SPYWARE, DOWNLOADER.ZLOB.AUS, AND ANOTHER TROJAN FROM AN INVITE FOR A FRIEND ON MYSPACE!!! WHEN I WENT TO CLICK ON THE PROFILE OF THAT PERSON THAT WANT'S TO BE MY FRIEND IT SAID I NEEDED "ACITVEX VIDEO CONTROLERS" OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT? AND THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN BAM ALL THESE POP UPS AND WINDOWS SAYING I HAVE SPYWARE? I WISH I NEVER HAD CLICKED TO CHECK HER PROFILE!!! What the...!! I SCANNED MY PC REALLY QUICK USIN AVG ANTI-SPYWARE AND IT FOUND OVER 100 TRACES OF SPYWARE, DOWNLOADER.ZLOB.AUS, TROJANS AND OTHER MALAWARE! SO I CLEANED ALL OF THEM, THEN RESTARTED THE PC AND THEY REAPPEARD AGAIN! SO I CLEAN THEM AGAIN AND AGIN AND I ALSO SHRED A FOLDER NAME " ACTIVEX VIDEO" SOMETHING THAT I FOUND IN MY PROGRAMS!! SO THEN I THOUGHT EVERYTHING IS CLEAN? SO IT RESTARTED IT SELF AFTER IT QURANTINED AND DELETED THE FILES AND FROM THAT POINT ON THE PC KEEPS RESTARTING WHEN IT GETS TO THE LOADNIG SCREEN (THE LOADING BARS ON XP) !! What the...!! I HAVE A DUAL BOOT, XP PRO AND VISTA, VISTA WORKS FINE BUT XP PRO IS WHAT I NEED HELP WITH!! PLEASE RESPOND ASAP BECAUSE I NEED TO USE XP PRO!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
