Symptoms:
When I attempt to start task manager, it tells me that "Task Manager has been disabled by an administrator."

In addition, right after windows starts up, the mouse jumps to the top-left corner of the screen and opens the file in that position on the desktop. This was how I first began to suspect that there was a problem.

I have booted in safe mode, and scanned and removed with both Ad-Adware SE and Spybot S&D. They both reported initial success, but every single time I booted the computer, the first folder would open up on its own, and task manager would remain inaccessible. Task manager is accessible after the Ad-Aware SE removal of the Ciadoor.121, but is disabled once again after the computer is restarted.

I have also downloaded Windows Defender and Windows Live Onecare (trial) and both have also reported successful detection and removal of the virus. However, after these removals, task manager remains disabled, and after a reboot of the computer, the previously mentioned problem continued.

Also, when I rescan on any program after a reboot, the same items are "found" again.

Edit: I have just discovered another problem, which may be entirely separate, or may be linked: I don't know. In Internet Explorer, whenever I attempt to click on the address bar to type in a website, my homepage begins shaking.
