microsoft language IME(Global IME)

when i try to dl gloabal IMEs for a certain language, i'm unable to because it says this:

This computer has failed validation. Expand for details.

Microsoft Office OneNote 2003:

Validation Failed
No valid Office key was detected. This is a strong indication that the Office product installed is not genuine.

I don't understand why it's not detecting, i bought this laptop from futureshop i'm assuming that my windows xp key is real....

I have windows xp media center edition version 2002, service pack 2.

Its not the Windows key that's the problem, its the Office key that's the problem - it's telling you its a cracked/pirated copy using a pirate key that Microsoft know is cracked.
