itunes wont run

When i try to run itunes i just get the message The procedure entry point RegEnumValueW could not be located in the dynamic link libary MPlugin.dll I tried to uninstall the program and reinstall but same thing happens. Can you help me!

I do know that iTunes won't work with Windows Vista -- does that apply to you?

If you are using XP, are you an administrator on the machine?
