I have a QTEK Pocket PC and I would like for it to sychronize with my Exchange 2003 Server. Each time I try to synchronize I get an error. Also, I do have digital certificate on my Exchange Server that I use for Web Mail and I plan to use the same certificate.

The device is GPRS enabled
I understand that the name that I use in the certificate is the same name I should use to configure the device therefore, how do I check the name that the current certificate is using?

Can anyone advise on how to correctly set this up?

Hi adminguy2008. Welcome to Geeks to Go!

I don't sync my PDA to Exchange directly. Do I understand that you are bypassing Desktop Outlook sync?

I did find this Article that addresses setting up Mobile sync at the Exchange 2003 server. I hope it helps. One thing I noticed, QTEK is not listed in the "tested devices" list.

Please let us kow if this helps. If it doesn't, please report back any/all error messages you get and at what point in the process you get them.
