load needed Dlls for kernel

After trying to remove some viruses or what have you, i restarted the system and received this error message.

This is my father's emachine I am trying to fix for him. I do not know if there were disks that came with the system. I believe not. Is there any other way to resolve this problem.

You will need the operating system disk to fix this.
