computer runs slow

Okay my computer is running really show.
i have like 512 mb of ram.
i have windows XP on my computer.
I have i think maybe 28 gigs of memory.
i dont know what to do.

If I need to put info on here about my computer just tell me which specs you need.

Welcome To Geeks To Go How old is your System some Applications hog the resource's of your Computer like Norton Firewall and have you Defraged it Recently it doesn't seam to have a lot of Memory this might be a Problem depending on what Programs your trying to run let me know how you get on.
