W2K Server crashing

Have been having a horrible time with a win2k server running exchange, trend for exchange and gfi antispam. Crashes do not leave dumps, and no info in event viewer. Have had an open call going now for a month with Microsoft. I am totally desperate. Don't want to rebuild. Figured I would have you all check my hijackthis results. The system is failing in the exact manner described in KB Q318447, however the solution in there doesn't fix the problem.
