Hey guys...my parents computer seems to have a bit of a problem. Their computer blue screens when you attempt to start it up, however I have goten it to boot in safe mode and I'm currently gathering as much important stuff as possible and transferring it to my external HD. When you go to boot windows normally it has a registry error and lists that it is dumping physical memory, then it completes and just sits there. Any suggestions?
