hi im a bit of a novice so bear with me. when i go onto add/ remove programmes i have something called system alert popup. the size seems to be growing and is now 1,409.00mb! ive tried to remove it but it wont let me.also when i log on i keep getting messages that my version of windows xp is not authentic. it is a 2nd hand pc but ive had it ages and not had a problem before. ive tried to go in safe mode to run smit fraud and i cant. the mouse doesnt move. many thanks
