PPC storage issue

Okay, my pocket PC is running out of space, so much so that it isnt even able to sync, which you can tell, this is a problem. To resolve this, I bought a 512 meg sorage card, but now I find I cant move the files onto it that I want to. How would I move large files (eg. System, Calender, etc) on to the storage card to free up space?
