hey
does any1 no how to do keybindings on cod ?
ive searched google and it says nothin much about it
im trying to to it so i press a button e.g number 7 and it says something
ive got as far as /bind 7 i then tryed lots of thingss like say<blahblahblah>
then when i press that button it comes up with unknown command say<blahblahbalh>
i also heard theres 1 for switching between configs when hostin a server like rifles only to machien guns. is it like /bind load dedicated.cfg or sumthing?
help will be greatly appreiated

all of the bind settings are stored in the config.cfg file. just open it with notepad and carefully edit the key binds you want. save and then launch the game to test.

ive managed to this far with the in game console
/bind 7 say this works
il have a go at the config but can you tell me the commands like wot u put to change dedicated files and others plz

have you tried to go through the games option menu to adjust your key binds instead of using console?

keep in mind that if you play on a punkbuster server, you might get kicked for using this.

sorry about my english i am english but i'm using laptop keyborad cant stand them but thts not exactly an excuse lol
i have got it sorted now by editing the config.cfg
