I USE HYPER TERMINAL TO ACCESS ANOTHER NETWORK WITH THIS PC WHEN I TRY TO CONNECT I GET A ERROR MESSAGE :
Another program is using the selected Telphony device
Try again after the other program completes.

I did'nt have a modem in this PC because the we use the LAN for internet so I installed one. I can't open it now either, I have tried rebooting the PC with no results. I can't even find another program that uses Telphony. All the other PCs can still access that network so I know it has to be in this PC, Any One that may have a cure please let me know.
