windows xp installing stuck/froze

i tryed to reinstalling windows xp(( i have done befor on the computer))
but this time for some reason its stuck in the screen when installing.
its been stuck on "setupwill complete in approximately:33mins" for 3 days now.
i tryed re-starting my comp after 2days an it just goes to that screen again.
