my microsft office outlook wont send emails
i have set it up to doenload all of my emails from onetel but when i try sending one it wont do anything
i have run the diagnostic test thing and it fails to send a test email
please help

Follow the directions HERE from the Onetel site and that will get you up and running. If it doesn't, then I suggestyou disabled all Firewall (including Windows firewall) and Antivirus and try sending an email. If you can then send an email, then it is a problem with your A/V and/or firewall settings.

thanks for such a quick reply
i have tried both of thoes and nothing seems to work
i have resetup ther account like the onetel one they show on the website but still dosent work
