bluetooth help

im using a fujitsu tablet which comes with bluetooth. I just installed the driver and was trying to connect a bluetooth headset. It recognized it and i put in the passcode and that worked and then it sent an audio test which worked but then when it goes to the "connecting to voice circuit" step it just takes a really really long time and then an error message pops up saying "connection failed to to driver preparation failure". i can't find anything out about this error message. whats wrong? what should i do?
