hey guys,

background info:
running Windows XP, PC p3
internet is working/connected, checked that.
PC has 2 hard drives, about 350 MB RAM, 2 disc drives.

situation
when i turn on the computer, it seems to load fine... then it goes the windows start up screen (XP start up screen) and gets stuck on "Windows is loading/starting up".... there is usually a window for sign-in... user = genny, but then the password is blank, so we just press enter. but this does not show up. anything i can do???

i really hope it's not a harddrive boot failure AGAIN! i've had that like 3 times!

thanks in advance!
