dont remember how to change the scrolling affect on windows page as i pull slide bar down it moves in waves. makes me dizzy

its everything, when i put my curser on the slide instead of a smooth movement of the page it kinda ripples or waves

Right click My Computer then click Properties. Select the Advanced tab and click the Settings button under Performance. In the list make sure Smooth-scroll list boxes is checked.
