Hi can someone please help me, my uncles PC is not starting properly when I boot the PC, it load normally then it comes to the screen where is say your PC was not restarted properly or power failure etc..

then there is options saying that, start windows normally, safe mode networking, last know configuration etc.
and when I select any of then the windows XP logo screen loads then it comes to a blue screen for a half a second then reboots.
Can someone please help me, I would have thought repair windows or something but how to repair?
