when ever i click on internet explorer it goes to an about:blank homepage that i can't change it. Also i cant click on any folders on my desktop without it freezeing for a few moments. And now my Norton Antivirus keeps disableing Auto-Protect.

Can anyone help me if they know what might be wrong??

I would say run adware and spybot once you have them fully updated. After that run the hijackthis and remove these at least.
