i am curiuos how do i convert files that i record using camtasia studio 4 to windows movie maker

i like camtasia for the smoothness it has when recording my screen captures but producing the files into a shareable format is just TERRIBLE the video is all blotchy with mixed colors and all sorts of stuff but with windows movie maker it comes out all nice and neat correct colors no blotches... just like it was intended

ive just been curious because my old screen recorder (fraps) just became to much of a hassle and i find camtasia studio much more effective except for the producing

i have switched one file over to windows movie maker before but i am unaware of how i did it because if i use camtasia studio files it says it is a unavailable format
