Thanks in advance for any help. The problem I'm having is win explorer keeps crashing when I open the My Videos folder. I'm almost certain it has something to do with the thumbnails. I've disabled them in all my folders, but when I go to download something online and click "save as" it opens to the My Videos folder and it has the thumbs still enabled. Regular win explorer doesn't have them enabled and I haven't had many problems. I can't change the directory fast enough when I'm trying to save a file of internet explorer. I've ran Nortons and Panda anti virus and haven't had problems. Also have run spybot and ad aware with no major problems. I've looked everywhere for a fix but I can't seem to find one.
