Usually because your internet connection is too slow to maintain uninterrupted playback. Any bandwidth under 2 Mbit is liable to need buffering for streamed video, though it also depends on the native size of the video (the pixel dimensions) as this also affects the amount of data being streamed.
If this buffering problem did not exist before, check your bandwidth and/or download speed with a speed testing utility. The type you download and run locally are best. Just google 'speedtest' and you'll get any amount of places to download one from.
