SATA 3.0 with 8mb cache

I thought SATA300 but wasn't 100% sure, however after looking at these benchmarks it shows that in general SATA 3.0 with 8mb of cache comes on top. Be sure to change it from that synthetic benchmark that's default and favors SATA300. It depends on the model but I find in general SATA 3.0 with 8mb cache comes on top.
