One is susposed to beable to disable the Windows Genuine Advance Notifications update, using the Notify or notifier icon.
What is that and where do you find it and really how do you really disable that update.

Disabling Genuine Advantage (it comes in two variations) will only result in the computer trying to dowload it again before you get access to any more updates.

Out of interest why do you want to remove this tool?
