IE is stretching all images

IE seems to be zooming in on pictures making every image pixellated and text is too big. how do i fix this?

I can't get this image to load in PhotoShack or wherever it was posted to. Which browser are you using when this problem occurs (IE, Firefox, Opera, etc.) ?

Changing the text size is as easy as holding the control button down and using the scroll feature on your mouse. As far as the images being pixilated I really couldn't tell you.
