So I got the parts for my new computer and put it together today. After setting it up, it turned on fine and installed XP fine. After installing XP, it automatically restarts and then it says "DISK BOOT ERROR, INSERT BOOT DISK" etc. If I put the XP install disc in and restart the comp it works fine and boots into windows. I am able to do everything normally. It just won't boot into windows without the Install disc. The specs are as follows:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 Conroe 2.13Ghz
Western Digital 250GB SATA II HD <-Primary with windows installed on it
Seagate 120GB IDE HD
2GB Kingston Ram
Geforce 8800GTS 640MB
600W PS

Thanks for the help!

Open Recovery Console and type chkdsk /r and press Enter. Let the process run to the end and try to reboot. If this doesn't help type fixboot and press Enter. Try to reboot.
