i was trying to remove a tool bar from my screen and i went to add/remove programs or it could have been components too...and then it was successfull and reboot to restart the computer...well it restarted but my computer would not start after showing the microsoft logo...it would not even let me go to the windows desktop...please help me

if it is windows XP try to run a repair. Put xp cd in and wait till you get to the first screen. Hit enter then f8 to accept the aggrement. then r to repair the windows xp install.
