Boot Camp Error

My Boot Camp is telling me that I need to have my hard drives in a "Mac OS Extended (Journaled) Volume, which I do. It also want me to reformat which I'm not going to do because I have all of the stuff here!. So if anyone has an idea as to what to do it would be nice if you told me!

I also did already look for solutions on the mac site!
