I am building a computer for a friend. I am almost positive that everything is plugged in right. When we turn it on all of the lights and fans come on, but the monitor shows nothing. I have taken out and reseated everything multiple times. I believe that we have a dead motherboard. Any other ideas?

Thanks, according to the diagrams I have a bad motherboard, just as I suspected. Thanks again.
