I used to have one operation system(Windows Xp Pro), but couple mounths ago I get additional system installed (Windows Xp Pro Russian Version).
Every time I was booting my computer, it asked where to boot. Couple days ago I reinstalled my English XP and when I restarted my computer, it booted straight to English version. How can I get that menu, with selecting the system, back?

Can anyone tell me?

The dual-boot startup menu is provided by a file called BOOT.INI which has been overwritten with a 'clean' standard version when you re-installed the English XP. You can rebuild the BOOT.INI file using the Recovery Console, or manually edit it to include the Russian XP Pro.
