PC not reading flash memory card

I recently purchased an Inov8 4GB memory card for my digital camera. I used it to transfer photos via the reader on my laptop but now it doesn't register the card as an extra drive when I put it in. Do I need a driver for this? If I do then what have I done to the driver that made it work before?

Bump, can anyone help? I know it's a small problem but I'd like to be able to use my card rather than connect up my camera every time!
