I am trying to back up and restore Microsoft Publisher from my old computer to my new one.I have tried using both XP's back-up program and Acronis without success. Can someone guide me how to properly perform the back-up and restore. The application folder is under Microsoft Office/Office 10 subfolder. I guess I am not backing up all the necessary files and do not know if they are diseminated throughout other folders. Obviously, I don't have the original discs. Thanks. Dave

You cannot transfer programs by copying the physical files from the previous hard drive. You have to use the CD.
